I'm a little over a week into pumping twice a day and I think I might have to upgrade to a larger pump that can accommodate larger domes.  I'm starting to fill the current set.  During today's morning session I was touching the top.

You definitely need a much larger set of domes.  They need to be large enough to include the root part of the breast where it meets the chest.  That's when you'll see more filling out of your breasts and not just stretching.

Just a quick update.  I order my noogleberry with XL domes since the domes I had gotten were a bit small.  It should arrive sometime after Monday.  Hopefully I'll grow into these.  Hope everyone in the US had a great 4th.

Latest pics from my last pumping session.  I'm completely filling up the current domes and my noogleberry should be arriving sometime today.  I do like how they my make my nipples and areola's expand.  I'm hoping to increase my areola's and also widen my breasts.  Update coming once I receive my noogleberry.

I got my noogleberry yesterday and was excited to try it out today.  Definitely have a lot of room in the XL domes to grow.  Only thing I had problems with was getting a good seal.  I had contemplated ordering the silicone rings when I made the original purchase.  I later went back and ordered the rings and should be here next week.  Other than that little issue I am going to enjoy it.

On another note, I had an appointment with my cardiologist for my yearly checkup.  Not being the bashful one I checked in and the nurse was doing my vitals when she told me I was having an EKG done and to lift up my shirt so she could apply the electrodes.  So I did and she got a good look at me in my bra.    Not the first time I had to expose my bra and breasts in the doctor's office.  Just thought I would share.

Any thoughts on getting a decent seal on my domes until the rings arrive.
