I suggest you try a the 42D, it will probably work just fine for you.  These are more push up and shaping bras, and as you can see there's not a lot of "cup" to the bra, so will fit a wide range of boob sizes.

I have found Homme Mystere great for Bras etc. designed for Men's wider chests.

You know I can't really put my finger on it, but there is a difference... lol Wow. Very impressive results over 4 years.  They almost look fake from how much success you have had with your regimen, almost... We all know they're not. 

All due to consistency staying on nbe and pumping regimen.
