So far so good; a long protracted Autumn. What I hate are the dead months, when all I can wait for is February,the lenghening days and the first signs of re-growth and the new year. My home county is Pembrokeshire and the early September gales, strip the trees of all their foliage. February is, then, one hell of a wait.
