However, there are many many females with breasts that point sidewards as well. I don't mind sidewards, but I am happy when they are at least horizontal.
PattiJT: Thank you for the clarification.... I was just wondering if we can massage and get the sides (below the armpits at the breast level) ours too can somehow grow and point forwards. Am not sure, just wondering.Blush

Is that picture that of yours? If yes, you seem to have done a lot of work getting them to this stage? Love to have something like those but let me get to a AA size :-)

Don't know if it's intentional, but your name sounds like one of the brand names of the electronic cigarettes. Just a coincidence? One of my sons gave me one that's made by Kangertech. Not the normal kind, it's rechargeable and takes a fluid refill from a bottle. Great way to stop smoking.

Back to the subject. Yes, this is a photo of my little girls. Maybe not little at C size, but I call them little because I'm hoping they're not done growing yet.

I can't speak for results from massage, as I have done very little of it. The only time I really did was when I got my last 6 bottle shipment of PM, I also got one of their tubes of breast cream, so I sort of did some massaging when I put that on. I have been fortunate inasmuch as I started out completely flat, with nothing under my arms. I really don't know much about what can be done as far as re-locating any of that to a more forward position. If you don't have a lot, it may well naturally rearrange itself as you go through the breast growing process. I don't recall anyone here telling of any success or failure when it comes to this issue.

A couple years ago, I made a custom set of breast cups for pumping. They were contoured to fit my chest wall, and had a pair of adjustable crossbars between the cups so that I could locate them where I wanted them. A common tube joined them both to one pump. Once the pumping started, it was all hands free, and they wouldn't slide around. I did try putting them rather far out to the sides in hopes it would pull more tissue from the sides, hoping that would in turn push my nipples more to the front. "Persistence was futile", to make a play on Star Trek. It had no effect other than make the muscles there quite sore. But, that may have been part of the problem. If a person has some fat there, (and I'm pointing NO fingers), instead of only muscle, then could it work?? I don't know.

At the very least, I'd get a different bra. The one in your pic is going to do nothing for shaping, IMHO. Especially the kind of shaping you're talking about. I would get a good underwire, no particular cup size, but it would have to come far enough around your chest so that the outside tops of the underwires come up under the front sides of your underarms. The reason I say no particular cup size, is because I would tell you to cut the cup material out of it anyway, leaving the material on that covers the underwires, of course. Your best bet would probably be a B or a C cup. Then, on the back sides of the underwires, spread some flowable silicone, the kind that is sold in auto parts stores for windshields. It's clear, and flows and spreads quite easily. The reason for the silicone is basically the same as for it's use on "hold-up" stockings. It resists sliding on skin. But, you will need a proper sized bra. If you wear a size 38 band bra, don't get a 36 and think it will work. It should be snug, not tight. Then, once you have it on, you can reach inside the underwires, pull some flesh forward, release the underwire, and it should hold most of it in place.

I used to use a photo of a similar style bra, minus the silicone, as one of my avatar photos. They're actually quite comfortable if sized right, but of course, they will still show under most anything one wears. I hope I offered some help. Sorry it was long-winded. Patti

Hi pattiJT, thanks for the patience in writing up in detail and for your support. Hope I have your kind of patience to write, too :-)
Right, I am looking at massaging and the locally available Indian herbs to enhance. Will not look at PM, SP or other importable herbs for the time being for economic reasons.
Shortly I would love to include a spoon of fennel too to the FG tea I am currently having.

Interesting contraption you have mentioned, will take some time off this weekend to make it. I will also go in for a DIY snake bite kit kind of apparatus (using disposable syringes) for increasing the size of my areola and of the nipples.

I saw a few pictures of flat chested girls and loved how forward pointy their breasts and nipples were/ are.

One more thing is that my breasts are asymmetrical, my left one is more plump and the right is slowly picking up.... So I give a 100 more rotations to her every day.

The Shatavari capsules are giving me kind of a fatigued feel like how my wife mentions she had during her monthly cycle. Hopefully this should pass in a week's time, if not, will reduce the dosage and see what happens.

About the nick I use, it is just a for remembrance of an old flame. The first time I met her, she was in a cool sky blue salwaar kameez. Sorry I didn't mean to promote an e-cigarette brand though :-P

Measured the girls today and was in for a surprise. They measured:

Above the nips, measure taken just below the armpits as usual: 37"
On the nips: 37" and
On the ribcage below the girls: 34"

Seems like I have lost an inch, but they seem sooo fulllllllll :-(

Hi Blue,

I've noticed this on myself and it took me a very long time to realise what the answer is.
As your breasts develop the nipples don't only move out (and probably sideways), they also move DOWN your chest. However, your rib cage narrows as it heads down towards your waist, so the circumference is less and this compensates, to a greater or lesser extent, for the increase in breast projection.

It was too late for me by the time I realised, but I'd suggest that as well as the measurements you are already recording, you keep tabs on the distance from your nipples to, say, your collar bone, or wherever is comfortable.

I posted a piccy showing what I've just tried to describe at

Hi Pansy-Mae,

Measuring the distance from the nipples to the collar bone is a good idea.

I am sorry that you realised it late that your nipples are/ were pointing outwards and downwards.

Want to try applying progesterone cream/ gel to the underside and sides of the still developing breasts to increase the volume/ mass there so that the nipples gets pushed to the front and point upwards/ forwards.

Do you this this will work?

Breast sculpting is a difficult job :-)

Pansy-Mae,

It sounds soooo much like you just gave a technical explanation for how to keep track of "sag"!! Or maybe some prefer "droop"?
Thanks for the chuckle! It is a concern, though. At the very first sign, I plan on ceasing everything. Patti

Pansy-Mae and PattiJT

This evening, bought a tube of Progesterone gel. Unfortunately all cream based formulations have been banned here. Was able to lay my hands on a Mucoadhesive V gel in a 40 ml insertion tube. I am yet to use the gel on myself. Will make the best use of what is available and keep you posted.

Just observed sometime ago: my nipples are so soft to touch and are kind of protruding slightly than normal. Am I budding?? Rolleyes

The only way I can tell if I've developed 'buds' is to stop taking PM for a day or more so that the breast swelling goes down at which time I can feel a hard little acorn under my nipple. So at present (week 10) most of my breast growth is fat and swelling. Sad
