No, I've never seen the rock or any other builders do it. I'm all about music, not muscles. Besides, I could never stand looking at that ugly mug of his!!

I"m right-handed, sleep mostly on my left side and my left breast is the larger.

I've finally gotten to where I can flex my pecs, together or individually, right or left, without involving the surrounding muscles. It does take practice, lots of it. Now to get those pecs built up.
