Well my weight spiked at the end of 2017, so I've backed off my enhancement program and am going to focus on losing 50 pounds, before I restart.
WHEN I hit my goal, I will be in a much better position to have fat go where I want it to go (fem areas instead of all to gut)
The sucky part is that letting off the gas has meant chest and facial hair is coming back thicker. My pores aren't too thrilled with that and getting red, irritated and the like.
It's just another reason to get the weight off (Keto works awesome for me) so I can get back to the task at hand.

That's the end of 2016 and I think I was 4 years on and off. I'd post current, and while there's improvement, it's mostly weight gain and not tissue, so not representative of permanent growth.
I'm doing the weight loss part and will re-baseline my pics when I start again.
