What is the best the coconut oil to help ? Something else I can buy tonight at a pharmacy.?

virgin coconut oil is perfectly fine I get mine at my local grocery store.

Anyone know is Alcohol ok with PM in moderation of course ?

Ainterol bottle says do not use with alcohol.

ainterol.us site says "If you take more than glass of wine, beer or strong alcohol. Just leave next dosage away and continue normally the next day."

I just do this, and also skip the next morning if I have way more one drink and am hungover/still a bit drunk.

It is an incentive to not drink as much...
