I suppose I am a good an example of start stop waverer.  As for erections, I would agree with the original post.  There is a significant chance that they will not return, at least not the way they were prior to commencing nbe or hrt.  As for breast growth, I would not confirm the post.  Mine seem to continue growing.  You can even have repeated rounds with the budding process.  If you enjoy the overall process of cchanging, start stop can be a delight.
