I got the same package last month but without the Spiro, don't need that any longer since I had my Orchi last year :-)

Male or to be more accurate castrate or "it".
No "need" but about every other month my wife and I have sex but without penetration, this capability is gone :-)

There used to be several really good tumblr

but it appears tumblr has purged them all.

I don`t know if it was nesting behaviour or what, but I had a serious "must tidy the house" urge a while back and I got rid of them all, I figured living 2 years Full-Time and having breasts would be proof enough that I was serious about transition.

Okay, Katie, I shall do so willingly.  Sometimes when I am feeling down or uncertain, I just look at my little mound and am reminded of how much I have done to move the rock up the hill already.
