I`v read about some people that put in their coffee, so me being me tried it... YUCK!
I like the stuff as it is, but having it melted and floating on the top of my coffee was totally gross! another way to get it eaten is to Cook with it, use in place of cooking oil or butter, I particularly like doing stir-frys with it. xx

Hmmm... well my skin does feel a bit more softer in places, have a very tiny curve on waist/hip, and my butt i guess seems to have filled out a little bit..

been thhinking of having a protein shake with fengueek, white poeny maybe PM as well.

also thinking of asking the doctor for spiroline.
