I mostly used Ainterol X-R1 Atomizer. This is supposedly the most advanced and powerful spray of the three Ainterol makes. You can order on line from a couple of different Ainterol sites. My last bottle was shipped from Thailand.
Because it is a spray, it is absorbed through the skin. Tablets have to be processed by your internal organs. Supposedly sprays, or liquids placed under the tongue, are easier on your vital organs. One vital organ however is affected regardless of tablet or spray--yes the below the waist organ which will lose its vitality.
If you used a spray, it is very important to massage your breasts. 10-15 minutes if possible because this helps the PM get into your blood circulation. I know it is a nuisance having to massage your soft breasts (LOL), but do it anyway. There are various massage techniques. Look on YouTube, etc.

Yes what spray? So how steadfast are you to stay with it now? Also what is your mental take on how you lean and feel?
I am fairly regular in my PM usage, but will miss spraying/massaging sessions periodically. No system, since I don't have female cycles.
I am not conscious of any particular mental changes since taking PM. I am eclectic in my porn tastes but don't attribute you that to my NBE activities.

I realize that when describing my PM spray routine in any earlier post I didn't state that I try to spray and massage twice a day, morning and evening. Once you get started you might be able to do three times a day if you are in a situation where that is possible.
I mentioned how enjoyable it is to massage a nice soft breast, especially when you know that is helping the breast grow. There is a real thrill when your boobs are big enough to fill your hand. Here's a picture of me massaging one of my boobs this morning.

I have had some luck recently with 3000mg PM a day but I want it to last.
Is the spray taken by pumps?
Yes, it comes in a pump stray bottle which is quite easy to use. 3 or 4 squirts around each boob, then massage well. The spray, especially the Ainterol X-R1 Atomizer that I use, is not inexpensive but it lasts a few months depending on your usage.
