I need some good honest advice and a little information which some might find embarrassing but not for others, it is for me, so humour me Please.

On and off I have been at this since May this year, and as you know I only recently started again.

My problem is my penis has seriously shrunk, and I mean shrunk, so much so sex is not on the menu anymore, wife not happy but at 67 it was never  the main course anymore.

I admit that I was never really well endowed, it is so small now that I have to either sit down or squat to pee because I cannot use the urinals, I have to go into the cubicles because I have even started peeing on my testicles it has shrunk that much

Have any of you folks experienced this and if so how do you get round it, please help.

How to say,..... it is a consequence of what we are looking for, its growth at the top (the breasts) and its reduction at the bottom (the gadgets or the thing) (bad translation certainly)
I must have lost 2 cm and the stuff goes back to its place before going down.

Personally, that doesn't bother me. And to pee, you have to fetch it.

Now everyone reacted differently.

There are some topical Testosterone gel/creams that you rub down there, I know a few transgirls using it to maintain functionality until GCS and keeping the tissue at "length" for more "depth" later though its unknown if it's even beneficial for that

Sunday I changed my plan to the following.

I do the gels and creams daily as recommended on the jar, also I have changed my oral capsules, this was my old routine

Daily 
2 x 600mg = 1100mg Red R since 26 September 
1 x Calcium and vit D3 400mg C + 5ug VD3 since 12 October
1 x 600mg Pm from 30 October - 5 November

New routine from 6 November

Gels & Creams daily
2 x Red R (1 morning & 1 night) total 1100mg
2 x PM ( 1 morning & 1 night) total 1200mg
Calcium no change 1 daily 1 x Calcium and vit D3 400mg C + 5ug VD3 

I hope ontop of the Gels and creams the oral capsules will not accelerate things, the gels and creams I started on 15 October.

I do not know what the mg levels are of the cream & Gels are, but if you look back on this thread I listed what they consist of perhaps the knowedgable would comment

Today I got my private blood tests back, I have now had three done since January this year, each one records their results differntly, to be honest it is very confusing, so if I tell you what they are can anyone please tell what they think, also what to do to get my bloods in the right direction.

Results minus ranges.

Albumin 42 g/L
SHBG 25 nmol/L
Oestradiol 95 pmol/L
Testosterone 9.44 nmol/L
Free Testosterone 0.218 nmol/L

So is this good bad or about normal for breast growth

Note the tests have been carried out by 3 different organisations 2 x UK doctors, this last one by a private clinic

Downloaded these from the results page from my blood tests, I was told that each lab has different ranges based upon the machin ethey use, crazy but that is how it is.

The graph helps me to understand (I think) can any member tell me if what I am doing is correct or please advise.

Well, between all the laboratories and the units you'll find something there.
What I find:
Your testosterone is low and that's OK.
Your estradiol will not be high enough, it should be above 159.

Been deleting old photos off my PC and decided to post these, do not know if they might be of interest to you, I apologise for the old ones from May 2022 they are not the best quality, I will explain what they are.

Before I begin I must say I was one hell of a hairy man and now totally smooth, reason why I went smooth is down to some of my hair falling out due to my hormone imbalance and secondly, I did not want to have breasts and hair, so took the plunge and went smooth, it was strange at first but used to it now.

1. Is my chest from May 2022 when I realised I had a hormone issue, if you look at that one and the more recent one you can see there are changes.
2. My back in May and my back today 13 November 2022, wife shaves my back for me.

See earlier photos - One gel is an anti-androgen (blue) another is Oestrogen (red), which you rub into your scrotum and penis, the other is Breast and nipple (gold) the HRT cream (green) which is applied to the shoulders.

Well what a nuisance rubbing the gels onto my scrotum every night before bed, this is now starting to become difficult as the gels remain sticky and has started to chaffe my inner thighs, aslo the cream into my shoulders is also sticky, the gels are spoiling the bedsheets so going back to capsules.

When I bought this it was buy one get one free, my supplier as agreed to exchange the scrotal gels and cream for capsules, I will send you photos when I get them.

For now I am staying with the breast and nipple gels as this appears to have a faster absorption rate, so there is no problems with it being sticky 

Ontop of this I am still takine  2 x 550mg Red R and now taking 3 x 600md Pueraria also Calcium 

I also believe that the gels take too long to get into the system.
