I never thought that adapters existed. Like you, I am using the regular funnel and the suck in all my areola. As a result, I often get red irritated rings on the edge of my areolas, and once even blisters. I will look up the adapters and try with those too. I do believe that pumping with milk pumps helps growth, and if there is a way to send a stronger signal to my brain to grow more milk ducts this way, I'm all up for trying.
I am pausing most herbal stuff until after Summer, but I will look these up next week for sure! Thank you
Hi Shiraz, happy to see you're back
I join a little video for you and the others to make it clear
Using the correct size will change the way you pump your breasts, I'm sure you will be delighted

Hi @Isabela, thank you for the advice and the video.
I have bought a set of flanges that hopefully will fit my pump. They come in all sizes so I should be able to find one that fits me and, if the nipples ever grow (as I kind of hope), the larger ones will come in handy later.
This is the set I bought:

Also, and I know this is naughty, I wanted to get something to stimulate my nipples without suction but for a longer time. Possibly something that I could wear in a bra while doing work. I found this cheap toy and I bought it just for fun
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0CFV5FQ67?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1
Both items should arrive on Tuesday (in 2 days) and I am quite thrilled to give them both a go.

Something tells me that you aren't going to get much work done after Tuesday @SHir LOL

I bought the set and... wow, things are different!
I am trying the smalle flange, the 13mm, and the pump is now effectively just sucking my nipple and not my entire areola. It's a huge difference. I admit I love the feeling of some areola being sucked in, but this is definitely exercising my nipples in a completely new way.
I wonder if there is a progression where at some point I will need the bigger flanges, or if the nipple remains the same. Next week I'll try with increasingly larger ones and see how it goes.
Thanks again for showing this to me!

I've been using IKARE pump and babybuddha pump with a 10mm attachment found on amazon (not the insert).
I also use and really like "Master Series Nipple Amplifier Enlargement Bulbs with O-Rings" from amazon.
I did experience slight permanent growth (1/16" diameter growth) but nothing since.
About a month ago I started putting oestrogel on my nipples after reading about a study but I haven't had any growth from that

Hi there,
Adding to this thread as i have now started pumping with a women's breast milk pump. Have any of you users experience real sustainable growth this way? unfortunately my wife isnt on board with me taking any supplements that will mess with my hormonal system at this time but she has said i can maybe pursue HRT after we are done having kids as its supervised by a doctor.
For now this looks like my best way to try and increase the size of my breasts. I look forward to seeing your responses and thank you in advance.

Hi Palichuk
You should think of milk pumps as electric massagers. Do they work to enlarge the breasts? Probably yes, in the same way as massage does. Also, people repport nipple and areola enlargement using them (which makes sense). Make sure you have a set of flanges adaptors to find the right size for your nipples. (Amazon has them)
Personally, I love milk pumps and my boobs always feel heavier after a session.

I am absolutely addicted to my electric breast pumps.
I pump until my breasts ache, and my nipples are over an inch long. I feel so feminine carrying them in my nursing bra, and then massaging my massive hard nipples.
They have given me lots of breast volume (36DD now), plus lovely weight and sag. A bra is essential and pasties are required with a sheer top and plunge bra.

Thank you so much for the reply’s. I have already purchased flange adapters and I am currently using 17mm. I am trying my best to pump twice a day for 20 minutes at a time. The feeling is unlike anything else and I can definitely see how it might become quite addictive. After completing a session I as well believe my breasts feel heavier and full. Were you actually able to achieve a DD cup size just by pumping or were you using any other supplements? I’m also curious as to how long you pump for roughly?

I got to DD just by breast pumping, using a hospital grade dual pump at maximum suction.
I pump several times a day, until my breasts ache, then I go on for another hour!
When I can't pump my breasts, I carry nipple suction pumps in my bra with chicken fillets to provide under nipple support. I need constant nipple suction!
