Thanks for the PM suggestion however I heard that the change is quick and you are stuck with what you get, is that the case?
Do you think I should stay on the herbs and get a little peek at what might develop first?
What signs should I be looking for to see if I am about to "Bud"? I mean my breast have had tissue added and my nipples feel warm and tender. should there be some other hardness or something under the skin?
Sorry to be so basic.
Denise,
I can only speak for myself, but I've seen others say similar things, so it may be a reasonable guide.
Firstly, I don't know how to tell if you are about to bud, I just suddenly got little pains one day when it was the last thing I was expecting since I'd taken no herbs at all for almost two weeks ( we were away on holiday and I didn't take them with me). When this happened I had been on my programme for almost 4 months, starting with SP, FG and WY, and changing to SP and PM after about 6 weeks.
PM is in the same category as herbs by the way, it is a natural plant extract in exactly the same way, just slightly less well known. So I dont think that the FG/WY route will give any more of a 'peek' than going with PM, if thats the way you are thinking. Either way is permanent once it starts( but see whaty I've put further down this).
What I got was small stabbing pains/pricks around and behind my nipples and then when I rubbed them I felt a firmness/hardness behind my nipples ( the 'knot') which felt tender.
Prior to that, starting after only a week or two in, the breast area had grown softer and fuller as fat was redistributed, but this is very definitely not true growth and is certainly not permanent. My nipples were also more tender and grew somewhat larger. At that point I could wear a 34A by pulling the fat together to 'fill' it!
Over the next few weeks the aches and pains got stronger and sharper although they came and went without warning, but the knot got firmer and larger up to the size of a small golf ball. There was a deep tenderness rather like a large bruise under the skin.
About 8 weeks after the first pains I traded the 34A for a 36A and just today, 6 months from the first pains, I have got a 36B! It's still a loose fit to be sure but not disgracefully so!
Now, about 2 months ago, for several reasons I took a short break from everything. In two WEEKS I lost an inch! That was the fat going back to male pattern and it has taken 6 weeks to get it back again! However although the fat went and the pains went, the little firm lump ( it isn't really a golf ball, more a small mound) stayed put, that is now pretty permanent I think.
So, nothing happens very fast and although for me the budding came unexpectedly, at that point you have the option to stop with nothing obviously permanent to show for it.
After that the permanent change becomes slowly larger, although it looks bigger than it really is because of fat.
Hope this helps some.
