Question here , those on herbs , do you find at certain time your nipple becomes stiff ? I find it happens when I stand up from my office chair when I have been working for long time , or when I am in bed and when I move from lying on on one shoulder to another. Just wondering !

ive started up on the natureday again after a 2-3 week break. Did u ever think of trying natureday? Its the only nbe programme that had hundreds of testimonials and REAL pictures of both men and women! Im like that though. I find massage/noogle time consuming and hurts my arms and loose the motivation to do it
