well at the end of that week off of BO reshi and just on chaste tree I was getting real rough at the end of the week mood wise...
now a couple days later at 8 BO 2 reshi im feeling better.

I used the evicerator 9000 epilator on my face then I went full makeup I cant use it on my neck my chest or my back(cuz I cant reach) or my butt.
But my legs arms and face are game for pain.

Found some videos on Youtube that say apple cider and lemon + water will reduce belly fat over time so I started that...
this week im on 6 BO 2 reshi next week off only on chaste tree for a few days then Im outta that.
