Oh of course I am, thing is that loose stuff also hides my pudge and muffin top and my still too narrow hips Im gonna give the HRT more time to work but I can definitely see some lipo/fat transfer/ butt lift, and even a tummy tuck in my future... Thats a major surgery though and these things can only be done one at a time... Right now my face is needs the most work, my voice WAS a problem, not so much now Once my face is done maybe body work next or maybe SRS...

TITS will be last but Im hoping to have no need at all for implants and they will keep growing and turn more from big moobs, to feminine boobs

You're right of course on being myself... In time I guess, the more physically fem I get the more I can do that BUT its not because its easier to "act like a woman"... Its because I feel more comfortable letting out the "manly" part of me thats still there... Imagine a woman "doing something manly" she might be aware of what she's doing but she would never question her identity... To anyone watching it would be obvious she's still a woman... Well not so easy to pull off when you still have masculine features and you were raised male... I wonder if my life will ever feel like its not an act at all

Yeah, I haven't SEEN it myself, either, but I've been out with a woman once who, after using the head, told me how disgusting it was in there.

Well, my aunt Jean used to act and dress pretty manly. Except for the part about getting pregnant and having 4 kids!

I saw my doc on the 5th and we just discussed my VFS and my plans for FFS... They did a blood draw for labs 3 days after a .4 ml/8mg shot, I should be getting the results soon... This will show what should be near a peak E level... That should be interesting, hope its not too high for him

I actually seemed to do OK throughout this last controlled E crash, no real need to supplement anything except increasing spiro from 100 to 150mg and I went off the P for a couple of weeks...

Im going back on it today, 100mg to start... I just refilled my script for 100mg prometrium... Its $60.00 for 30 pills, WOW not cheap!!! My old insurance only covered $5.00 of that... My new insurance covered it except a $5.00 copay Next Im gonna have my doc try my script for Avodart again... My old insurance wouldnt cover it and its $141.00 for a 30 day supply... Hopefully my new one will cover it... Im running low on my Indian generic "Dutas"...

As of today though Im back on the higher E dose, just did 18mg of EV, Im actually considering cutting it down to 12-13 mg every five days... My lab results, hopefully not "too high" will help me decide...

The only way I can see doing that would be to prepare 2 .5ml/5mg shots from one progynon ampule... Then put one of the prepared syringes in a CLEAN environment for 5 days and inject it with my 7-8 mg script... Yes thats two shots but thats how Im doing it anyway, I dont mix the delestrogen with progynon depot.... So I do two shots every five days....

Gonna find out soon just what all is covered here... Im also going to call them soon and see what they need to make FFS "medically necessary"... Might as well try but Im not expecting them to cover it... From what I gather though they need the same requirements as needed to cover SRS... SO Im gonna continue to press my psych to get ready start writing letters Im also gonna look into getting in to see another psych that works at the same place for my 2nd letter...

Either way all of this is tax deductible and Im gonna deduct EVERYTHING... Electro, laser, copays, and even my insurance premiums... Worse that can happen is they audit me....

My belly is finally almost pain free from the Coolsculpting, it seems to actually be working too My friends say they can definitely see a difference, I can too... Id say its about 30% less now It hasn't even been a month so In expecting a bit more reduction over the next month or two I have maintained the same weight, the fat seems to have gone to my tits and ass so far Still not sure its worth the cost and the PAIN though

Im gonna start up electrolysis again today, I hope my electro lady is feeling better... Im sure we can get it all cleared again before my FFS surgery... My sixth and final laser session is on 2/4, its been a bit more than a month since my last one, number 5... I am seeing hardly any dark hairs coming in so far, I mean like less than 10 Should be all good there and nearly DONE with facial hair removal by the time I have my FFS... Anything left afterwards will be taken care of with electro...

Well back on the higher E dosage and the P and well.... They are having growing pains for sure Nipples seem to be popping out farther, itchy and very sensitive and everything else is mildly sore
They do seem to be pointing more out than down lately and they hare definitely rounding out as well...
