So today I got my 2nd batch of PM powder, and this time it came with the spoons. Each spoonful is supposed to be 250mg.

Compared to the 1/4 tsp spoon I was using before, these things are tiny!

Like about a sixth of the size of the one I was using. Does this mean I was taking some insane amount of PM for awhile?

They seem way too small, idk. Oh well.

I cannot find the link to the post, but someone previously posted a comment that they had weighed it on a scale and found that:

1/4 teaspoon = 608 mg PM, and
1/2 teaspoon = 1360 mg PM.

(I know the math is funky.) The comment stated that these figures are only "ball-park" values based on using kitchen utensils. It also stated that the results were similar to a post by Pansy-Mae, so there is that level of corroboration. Unfortunately, I don't think there was any notation as to whether it was a flat or rounded teaspoon.

Lisia, the list for 200 gram powder is $20 while the 500 gram powder is $50. Are you sure you bought the 500 gram size ? Or maybe they just raised prices recently. I just noticed that the prices you mentioned are from nearly a year and a half ago, so I'm sure there have been price increases since then.

Looking at the categories on the left side of http://www.ainterol.us shows "R1 Powder Bottle" and "R4 Powder Pouch". I assume the bottle vs pouch is how it's packaged. But does anyone know the difference between the R1 and the R4 versions?

I did buy the 500 gram size(which is equivalent to 10 bottles of 100 capsules each) and it is still about the same price now as it was when I posted over a year ago. I have always ordered from Ainterolherbs.com, not the .us site. The 500 gram container is HUGE and lasted a very long time for me. It is not listed in the "ships from US" section, but if you go to the "female enhancement" section and choose the 500 gram bulk container there is an option on that page in the shipping drop-down menu for standard 1-4 day US shipping. That option brings the price up to $60 before final shipping charges but it is still a fantastic deal compared to the 100 count capsule price.

I unfortunately have no experience or info on the R4 version, but Mr Flynn is usually very responsive to email questions.

My reckoning is that one level half teaspoon measure (should equal 2.5 cc) of R1 powder is about 1.25 grams. This is on the basis that the 500 gram size comes in a 1 litre container and just fills it. It doesn't shake down much, so its density is just on half that of water. The powder is very fine and does tend to fly around, but a heaping teaspoonful of something fairly viscous like yogurt does take it up well and I don't find the resultant paste too hard to take although it is not exactly yummy. Fruit yogurt improves the taste but also increases the sugar content. So at 2.5gm per day (equalling 5 capsules per day), a 500gm package should last 200days (25c per day).

Try warming your milk up, it takes longer to mix into cold liquids.
