I knew from my research that some of the ingridients sold in capsules are rip off price
Eg you can buy 500gm FG for around 150 pence - apx 3 dollars
500gm bag of fennel around similar price range .
Compare that with how much you pay for capsules !!

I found their products as most competetive.
The organic label is totally tripe and waste.
