Supplementing topicals with orally taken NBE is totally fine. Supplementing bovine ovary with other hormonal stuffs is totally fine. They will not magically cancel each other out or something. What comes to topicals, it seems that these ingredients are working in concert rather than against each other. Currently, I'm doing quite a mix that I apply topically. It has P4, E1, E2, Bovine Ovary(Yes, topically.) Cayenne extract, Cinnamon leaf oil, Volufiline, Micronised DHEA and DSMO cream. That's quite a bunch of stuff and they work like magic when done together.
What I would stay clear off is certain phytoestrogens though. Note that NONE of the above contain phytoestrogen. All come with bioidentical hormones or they mimic it. Also, I'm taking bovine ovary, pituitary and uterine glandulars along with conventional HRT. Also amino acids which deal with HGH and then some things for prolactin. Again, these do not interfere with HRT or cause stalls or anything. Can we already drop the receptor conflict scare?
It does happen, but not with everything and anything, Lotus is far more knowledgeable about receptor conflicts and how it all works than I am, my experience is mostly based on throwing stuff at a wall and seeing what sticks, but so far I've never had any mentionable receptor conflict issue, I have only avoided phyto estrogens along with HRT and bovine ovary.
So what comes to topical hormones, I wouldn't be too worried about combining them with other NBE items nor with HRT. People are always scared shitless with "don't combine things", but that's mostly a baseless fear. Just play it smart, especially along with the phytoestrogen route. But BO + topicals is totally fine.
