No consistent program at the moment, just a little of this and that here and there.

Love your nipples.  So suckable, if I was into that sort of thing. 

2022 Update. These are from earlier in the year (before trying out the vac massage machine, recently mentioned in another thread).

Mostly only been using the BiEst cream occasionally, and sparingly at that.

That, and hand massage/hand shaping.
