I'm editing this to something less emotionally charged. I'm annoyed, have I posted something that's causing confusion? Have I posted something that's plain wrong or about something that doesn't work? Is it wrong for me to try to help answer questions? Obviously I have only my own experience to back everything up with, along with the studies and anecdotes shared here.
If my posts are problematic or wrong, just tell me directly. Or in private as messaging and email works just fine. I'm not stupid, I can't talk things out and negotiate, its not complicated. I'll stop replying here, I can stop replying to any thread outside my own if its a problem.
Katy9, if the "me berserk" is pointed at me, wth?! Do I give the feeling of trying to put myself on a pedestal? I've never meant to.

That's a relief. I hope I've just been paranoid and overthinking everything... Wouldn't be the first time. 
Good morning Lotus I would like to apologise to you and Didi I sometimes think I'm typing as if I'm dyslexic, I should read through what I've typed before posting,a few years ago I lost the sight in my left eye and recently had new lens put in my right eye so sometimes struggle a little,I hope I haven't caused any friction on this impressive and helpful site.

I'm worried if I've been misleading or giving out bad advice as I definitely do not want to mess things up for anybody, I rather make my own mistakes solely on myself. If it is a problem that I've branched out and tried new things, my bad I guess, but curiousity to try new things is the only way to find out what works.
