My skin is so insanely delicate that even aloe vera gel could be too much if I'm having a bad flare going on. Otherwise its absolutely fine. What seems to work the best is combination of frequent sauna, hot showers so a lot of washing and as medicinal cream Hydrocortison works for short periods of time, then the sensitive version of Bepthanten is quite awesome. And allergy medicine to keep itch at bay.
I wsa fine with cayenne for quite some time before my ezcema went absolutely hellish. Last approximately two andhalf months have been horrible on and off with constant flares. I'm now off of cayenne, but I will keep Bica going. I'm sure this is a combination of factors causing the trouble, but cayenne is likely quite bad as capsiacin can cause a lot of irritation on already super dry and broken skin.
About the use to topical BO I'm just about to post to my thread in a moment.

Hi HH you've got it worse than me!
I'm back on aloe vera as it seems to be working, well at the moment it is! If my eczema flares up I'l be back on Dermol 500 and Elecon, but fingers crossed our eczema stays under control.

Just ordered a derma roller and supplies, thank you to those who have helped guide me
Looking forward to pricking meself (ouch!) once it all comes, so will be adding this to my lower half thighs, hips and butt topical regime

You welcome.
The idea with the dermaroller is to roll everything at least to two or three directions, depending on the width you should always layer the pattern you're doing so no spots are left without being rolled in more than one direction. Also note that you can and should do is to your areolas too, just be gentle. Areola is where you want most of the topicals to absorb and dermaroller will help a lot. Always wipe the entire breast with disinfectant before doing it and make sure the roller part touched nothing but its bos and then the skin where you're applying it. Bit like when doing injection, the part that will pierce the skin should be extra clean and touch absolutely nothing it doesn't need to.

Thanks for the extra info HH
Not sure if I'm brave enough yet to do my areolas, as they are still very small, but will try, once I get the hang of derma rolling on the lower half.
I've bought some proper skin disinfectant that I can spray on so will be using that so I know for sure my skin is clean.

You can absolutely do it, its not really painful as dermarolling doesn't need much pressure to work. Obviously areolas are more sensitive. Still not as much as lips and under the eyes which I do with 0,5mm roller. (Right now on a break to heal ezcema and eye irritation once again.)
