Hello

I measured tonight for the first time in ages, and the results were a little strange... Weird.

49 inch - Bust
43 inch - Band
43 inch - Belly
49 inch - Butt

Those seem like very shapely measurements.

You call those measurements "weird"?
I would call them a wonderful shape (and trigger a hard-to-suppress envy in my mind. I know, envy isn't good, but I just wish ... And, in addition of nice-size boobs, your butt/waist ratio is impressive)

More projection? Areolas wider than before? Am I seeing this right? Big Grin

Thank you Teddy & Tomi ....

I definitely have the estrogen belly droop, and I have the darndest time with that. I think because of my barrel chest & wonky boobs, it's exceedingly hard to find a "proper bra". So, I just go with a popular sports/sleep bra and it fits the bill.

I attribute my ghetto booty to a few things. The "pelvic tilt" became apparent around the 18th month mark of NBE on PM. Subsequent years of NBE/HRT have only added curves because of "fat shifting".

I used to have a few side-view profile photos showing the dramatic curves of my butt, but I took them down mainly because of the creepers that populate this website. I only posted my latest photo because I was proud of my recent gains, but that might come down to one day soon, too.

While I do have a big ass, it's the saddlebags mom thighs I crave. Lotus & Lara promise they're not too far away Big Grin

I honestly think my caboose is more curved because of an old football injury and multiple re-injuring my lower back from years of loading airplanes. That, and a possible scoliosis thing going on, too.

I hurt my back playing high school & college football many years ago with lower muscle cramps. A few years later I started working for the airlines and I've lost count of the number of times I had the same lower back injury that would literally twist my back. I couldn't stand up straight to save my (neck).

I might as well add that 22 years of loading airplanes also wrecked my knees, which I now find it difficult to stand more than two hours at a time. It was a fun job, but damn it did a number on me lol. I was too reluctant early on to move inside and work with customers because, "bags don't talk back". But thankfully I did the last 16 years of my career. I might as well add that the damn pandemic forced me into an early retirement, or I'd have still been there another 5+ years.  .... (anyway).

Lara ... Thank you. I think being consistent with the program, the addition of the topical protocol, and the switch to Estrogen Patches & Gel have greatly benefited my program.

Also, previous applications of Estogel was done on the inside wrists & forearms, but I've since switched to applying Estrogel to my scrotum.

Lastly I've been working my butt off the last few weeks wrapping up the yard work outside, winterizing the vegetable garden & chicken coop, and hauling up all the wife's boxes & boxes & boxes of Christmas decorations from the basement lol. I've been so exhausted the last couple of weeks that I've had trouble sleeping. Isn't that crazy? Being too tired to sleep? It happens with me sometimes.

So, my point is we know intense exercise boosts IGF-1, so while I do dread the physical pain of hard work, I also know it comes with a benefit.

That's one thing about HRT that I don't like, is the absolute loss of strength. I guess you could say that Estrogen turned my muscles to jelly.

Your measurements shows how much you have gained.  I need to measure myself soon.  I can relate to losing strength.  Keep up the good work.

Thank you, MT.

I just think it's weird that they're
49/43/43/49 ... lol I guess I have a thing for sequential numbers haha.

I get it now. That is weird, buy a lottery ticket weird, lol!

I too suffer from loss of strength and I am only doing BO, I have a physical fitness test coming this spring so I am going to start to do a quick progressive taper in February and switch some things around. That will be 18 months.

I take care of a small homestead farm of sorts, and it really taxes my strength. The absolute worst was last year when I tried to clean my gutters and climbing a ladder to the 2nd story. I couldn't get out of bed for three days after that because what is left of my leg muscles were just spent.

I was thinking the other day how pathetic it is that I have difficulty trying to open jars now. It's my # 1 complaint about HRT, the loss of strength.
