Hi Miranda,
You're not a newbie here my dear!
One thing I would also suggest is a liver cleanse....
I like your fitting in a break, I'll go 2-3 days on and then 1-2 days off, I've seen aerola darking and puffiness during these breaks too!. Perhaps putting you're program would help identify any issues or ideas one might gather from it.
Btw, love the new username!

It's not as bad as it sounds, like getting ready for a colonoscopy

Another great link:

From our forum
DANDELION ROOT- Increases bile flow from the liver. It can be used in capsule, tincture,or a tea form.
GREEN TEA- Protects and cleanses the liver from toxin damage,as well as with tumors of the liver. (Hence Vit C too,as it is high antioxidant)
MILK THISTLE- Strengthens liver cells & stimulates bile production.
TURMERIC ROOT- Helps with inflammation of the liver. It acts as an anti- inflammatory herb that elevates enzymes that help detoxify and cleanse
From the ACS:

I like this list!
I'm sure others have there own! Post em if you have em (please)

Greetings all,
Appreciate all the information. Am going to re-evaluate my program, but I am still confused on one point. Why not SP for DHT and Spearmint for free or unbound testosterone? Seems to make sense or I missing something.
Best wishes,
Zoe

Hi ZOE,
Short answer-SP has been reported to be anti-estrogenic, spearmint is ok, but something that does both makes more sense like, Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum),That study found that reishi mushrooms significantly reduced levels of 5-alpha reductase, preventing conversion of testosterone into the more potent DHT.
Or Peony Root - Estrogenic, blocks 5ar and pro-aromatase - Strong.
DHT is the real enemy!, I know it's confusing, certain conditions apply in your decision, like age, bmi, sex. Have you ever had a test?

Mistress lotus,
Very nice there is a lot of dedication there. A lot of commitment also and time well spent. I just want a b cup with nice shape to them. Right now they just hurt.
