I had a issue where I plumped up a bit but might be due to hrt Im now back to 199lbs today...
Been back to work since Jan 2nd... But ya been a big change...

I removed junk food , more vegetables. No exercise which could help , waist clincher for at least 8 hrs a day . Look up on my page type I wear
