I never knew that Janet! Thank you for this information, I'll be using it to slap my endo across the face Angry

Like seriously, he's a doctor, with formal education, and is a specialist in the field of endocrinology. You'd think he'd know these things, right?

So, would you suggest that I stop the pills, or the patch?

@billyboydelano: I'm not worried about not being able to maintain an erection, I was merely stating that it's the only thing my HRT is doing. I understand that I explained it wrong though.

I would stop the patch, or if you can go for 3 patches.

Parental ( patches / ingections / gell / pellet ) do not mix well with non parental methods ( pills )

Provide your Endo with the information i put in this post:
http://www.breastnexum.com/showthread.php?tid=27505&pid=198897#pid198897

They follow the WPATH, which is significantly out of date, and has much incorrect information.
We dont take premarin(conjugated equine estrogens) so the risks, dosages and Research are incorrect.

Also, when it comes to Progesterone. Remind them "I am not a CIS Female. My body will not have the same negative response to Bio-Identical Progesterone, as a CIS woman would to Progestins. They are not the same. The risks are minimal and are far outweighed by the Benefits."

Remember, Premarin was Horse Piss, and Reaserchers are being paid by Pharmacutical Companys to use it. All To recover the losses from its reasearch and its clinical discontinuation.

Dumb question time:
Is there no way to get the meds through alternative channels?
E.G., one of us mails or ships them to you?

I know she'd intercept if she could, maybe you could get a neighbor to help out?
Etc.

Let us know.

Unfortunately, I've yet to see a SINGLE INSIGNIFICANT CHANGE.

My program is as follows:

100 mg   Spironolactone in the morning then again in the evening
2 mg      Oral Estradiol in the morning
.05 mg    Estrogen Patch changed weekly

I've been on these specific doses for almost a year now, and have not had a single change.
What the hell am I doing wrong, and should I slap my Endo or not?

dunno if this is still a prob but ur E is low for a couple years of HRT should be 4mg or higher.
Take blood test and if ur Estradiol isnt in the 400pg range then you should be slapping your endo

SO:
Volunteers are needed for "drop-shipping" since that would change the labels anyway. :-)

Can you order without problems...?
Time to go off-script with the Endo...

Well I have potentially good news. I told my regular doctor how I feel about my endo, and this news about the different types of estrogen and that they conflict, and my doctor has referred me to a new endo. This other one is about 12mi away, but my mother has agreed to drive me to my appointments.
