I am thinking about using the liquid Volufiline solution, but combining with the iso Sensuals enhance bust cream shortly after the fluid has absorbed a bit. And the cream would only be in small amounts that can be put on with a q-tip with precision.
I am thinking doing one application a day with the combo approach for a week and see where it gets me, might try twice a day on the second week.
Here are the results of me applying the cream on my lips for 3 weeks.
It looks to me like I got a lot of growth on week 1 and then got some extra refinement at week 3. I believe the growth stopped maybe right after week 1. I was a bit afraid that my lips would blow up like balloons, but I guess not. I'm quite happy with the results so far, so I guess I'll just throw in the towel here. I might do another update in a few months to see if my lips have shrunk or not.

And as far as I can see, this is clear proof that lip enlargement works. It should also imply that the effects are rather quick at work, but hits a plateau rather quickly as well. At least in my case. And if this is the case, wouldn't it apply to other areas of the body as well? If so, then regular use of volufiline over long periods of time would be a big waste. I don't know if my lips reached somesort of maximum fat capacity, but this might be something to look more into.
Wow. Great results. I'm kind of noticing the same thing I don't feel like my lips are getting much bigger than they are the outlines might be coming more refined and the widow's peak at the top on my upper lip is kind of getting more defined but they're not crazy noticeably different like I had Botox injections or anything like that.
I know it works slowly I think I might continue to drop it down to one application a day as a maintenance but I don't see my lips getting too much bigger off of this naturally which maybe this is good since this is genetically my limit for how big my lips can grow until or after I start hormone therapy and then that makes me wonder if with fat redistribution my lips might react even more with the cream or the liquid Volufiline.
I've got one more week of using the liquid and then once that's absorbed using the cream applications once a day just to see. I'm almost out of the liquid so I'll probably just continue with the cream by itself.
I guess it has been about two weeks (just under) since my last progress photo on the 12 th of aug.
Here is my progress thus far. First photo is starting. Second photo with facial hair is 2 weeks of use, 3rd photo and back to a clean shaved face is a month of use.
Agreed, there maybe some extra volume, but by far the biggest change is you can easily see a far better definition of your lips.

I'm very curious to see what more we can get out of this thread. If we get more people to try out and post here in lip enlargement, we could gather lots of interesting data. It would be really interesting to see how volufiline behaves from the start to the end of NBE. Did I get bigger lips because I have been on BO for almost a year? Or were I always able to have what I got now. Will my progress disappear if I stop taking BO or not? I can't wait to see what other people will be able to achieve in the future. <( ͡°❥ ͡°)>

As Karen mentioned earlier in this thread, try not to get anything inside your mouth. We don't want you to risk biting your lips for the next few months. All I did, and probably CM too, would be to apply the cream only on the outside part of the lip. But if you feel a bit daring, you can try applying it around the lips as well to see if you get any different results. But that would be entering new and unfamiliar territory.
I just applied the cream 2 times a day after my meals and somehow got good results. The best tips of them all is probably that one bottle of IsoSensual Enhance will most likely last for many years if you only use it on your lips. Maybe even decades. After 3 weeks you should probably apply the cream once or twice a week just to be safe. But the maintenance part is also unfamiliar territory to us. I stopped applying the cream after the 3 weeks and will do so for the foreseeable future to test how long the effects last. And so far, I can see no difference at all. So be prepared to keep those lips for at least a few months.
