I agree with Stevenator, good solid information who along with others when they say something one sits up and listens.

But I belive that some of the newer members who come on board and are lost with the complexity and size of this massive forum, they should be guided and pointed in the correct direction because confusion at times be mistaken for ignorance and are not aware to the devotion and love that Lotus gives us on here.

I for one owe Lotus more than I can care to say, but as the poor dear woman is poorly, some of us do not want to keep asking questions, that said when she does post its like HOLD THE FRONT PAGE (old fashioned)

But Stevenator is to a point right so lets cut the good member some slack and help them, if however they dont recognise it then its their loss because they will get no help.

Btw, I share this tip as a present to all who benefit from it. I'm speaking of using Red Clover, Vit D3, Estrogel (or BioLabs E1/E2) in that order. It absorbs okay 5-10mins?. 

If you visit the first page of this thread I discuss vitamin D3 as it relates to breast health and growth. Listed is scientific evidence how Vit D3 stimulates IGF-1 and (other science posted elsewhere) supports E2… and protects against cancer. I prefer D3 with organic extra virgin olive oil. I use an 18 gauge needle (you use what works for you, be careful as there slippery little suckers) pierce the vit D3 capsule… one capsule spread per breast areola. 

Presently, I apply the mix to my areolas (nipples too), it's okay if mixture fans out past areola (factoring in for those with small areolas) around bedtime (my preferred time). The next morning I wake up to see a widened areola and a wider base of the whole area. Lol, I've never seen anything like it.

I forget to mention I use about 4-5 drops of Red Clover per breast. I can't get over the difference of using RC, estrogel (E1/E2 BioLabs) and Vitamin D3 for the under boob, size of the areola and width of that area.  here's the RC i use, from amazon.

Thank you very much, the RC that I’ve found is only 200mg/2ml, while yours is 650mg/0.7ml, about nine times more concentrated… Here in Europe and especially in Italy it’s very difficult to find a lot of products for NBE with the right dosage.

Check with Heavens Night and the red clover she uses. I look for an organic (no sugar or alcohol) red clover, if I found one that doesn't use vegetable glycerin (say like organic extra virgin olive oil instead I'd be happy). If you're having trouble with absorption add DMSO cream (just enough to cover the area of application).
