Ive stuck with this for 4 months now, I used to take the EV shot every 5 days at 17-24 mg... I of course like the 4 day schedule and higher dosage more
For the nearly three months Ive gone with the HPC shots and dropped oral prometrium...
HPC IM injected is different than oral P, it has zero sedative effect which is kinda nice... It also seems to have a nice calming effect similar to oral P and it even seems to help control my appetite and metabolism... Ive noticed it actually seems to help me lose fat rather than oral P which seems to make me gain a little... Ive also noticed it has a nice effect on my skin, scrapes and bruises seem to heal much faster... Ive noticed zero androgenic effect which makes sense because this stuff is routinely used on pregnant women and that would be dangerous to the kid if it was androgenic at all...
All that said it really doesn't seem to do much to enhance or hurt feminization... Lately Ive noticed hair on my hands and even feet coming back though
Also Ive been at 155-160 lbs for a while now, some of the reason for the weight loss is no doubt due to working....
HPC strangely has never seemed to have any effect on my tits and while my skin seems a lot nicer for some reason my nails seem more brittle
So Ive decided to stop the HPC shots and restart prometrium at 200-300mg daily... I take 100mg in the morning with my dutas and spiro, 100mg after dinner with spiro and 100mg before bed... Usually I like to go 3 weeks or so on P and a week off....
So far I can definitely feel my tits swelling up again, sore puffy nipples and all that good stuff
Im hoping to actually gain about 10 lbs in fat back on my skinny ass/hips and of course fuller more feminine tits would be welcome as well

Hi, Eva. I was under the impression you were planning to have Brassard in Montreal do your GCS. What changed your mind?

It's good to hear from you (nice update, thanks). Do you have any pro-aromatase supplements on hand?. Honestly I think you'd benefit from using coconut oil (internally), even if your not a fan (like of few here lol), it's pro-aromatase and awesome for milk ducts. It's polyunsaturated fats I think can help with some weight concerns, although I'd add some mono-unsaturated fats, like walnuts 1/4 cup every other day. Big news for next year huh?, phewww boy, I'm sure you have a travel partner right?.

Well extreme shrinkage of the donor material has me concerned that Brassards penile inversion will leave me with a too tight and shallow VJ
I need at least 6" depth, not too tight, and very functional with good appearance... I intend to use it until its worn out

Hi Lotus, I know nothing about coconut oil aside from its supposed to be good to use as lube for dilation once things heal up a bit
Thats about the only way Id ever "use it internally" if I did As far as aromataze goes... I really doubt there is anything going on down there as far as T production goes
I think the little T I have is nearly all adrenal and likely where its tested over the last year at under 10ng/dl and as low as 3.8ng/dl I doubt I need more E, I take quite a bit you know, Ive never tested this dosage but Id say it should put my E levels in the thousands of pg/ml like a pregnant womanIm sure I'll gain a little fat from going back on oral P and hopefully in the right places
If I get too skinny (where I am now) its not good, a little extra fat (but not too much) in the right places looks better on me...Oh and I just eat whenever and whatever I want .) Nothing special...
I am planning on going alone for the first 2 weeks then flying either my GF or my Mom or maybe both for the last week once the worst of it is hopefully past
You stay there for 24-30 days, at least 8 days in the hospital and then a hotel but there is a daily nurse visit and you see the doc 2-3 times a week as well....

That makes a lot of sense, Eva. I've read that most of his girls leave with 6+ inches of depth.
I'm interested in Suporn (and Chetewut) as well.
Are you planning to have any electrolysis done before your surgery? I don't think Suporn requires it, but Sarah tells me that many of his patients have to have it done post-op to get rid of hair growth on the bottom entrance of the vagina where a perineum flap is often used to achieve the depth objective when scrotal tissue is insufficient.

Another thing is Ive heard Brassard does 3-4 surgerys a DAY in 1.5-2 hours each... While Im sure he's good at it by now Id rather the surgeon woke up and went to work that day with only me on his mind

BTW, I found this video on YouTube that shows key phases of a scrotal skin graft vaginoplasty. It's very graphic, so if you're squeamish....
