Photo taken immediately post topical protocol treatment. I'm using DMSO, DHEA, RC, P4 + ORAL EVOO twice a week on injection days.
Nightly it's Oral DHEA, Melatonin, Milk Thistle, Red Clover Extract and Rectal P4.
I've only been on EV for two months, but I'm definitely loving it. I did OMAD for six weeks and I've lost and 25 lbs. I'm down 65 lbs total from my heaviest 3.5 years ago. We've been doing KETO for 3.5+ years.
Constant growing pains ever since I started EV and my hips are definitely getting wider. I'm hoping to finally start working my beard soon.
I planted Red Clover seeds in my raised garden bed today, and I hope to start making my own tinctures sometime this Spring.
Hi Stevenator,
Hip/pelvic discomfort is the one thing that started back in when I started on estradiol. I thought being on BO for two years that my pelvis had done its thing, I guess not. It seems like a common thread with Rx E. It's a lot more uncomfortable sleeping at night, but I can really start to see the difference, but there's a lot of muscle pains too, which makes sense with my bone structure readjusting. I have also found that keeping weight off and losing weight much easier, I am under 200 at 196 lbs, with feminine curves starting to fill out.
You are looking great! An inspiration for us seeking change. Thank you!
I got my pelvic tilt after about 18 months on PM. At my very tallest I was 6 foot, but most of my life I was 5' 11.5" and it's odd, my first realization that I was losing height before I even knew about the pelvic tilt was when I went to the doctor's office and they measured me at 5' 9.5" and that was in 2017. When I went to the doctor's office this past August, I measured 5' 9" even. Apparently I keep shrinking lol!
I've always had lower back pain due to football injuries and loading airplane cargo bins for 20 years, (that ended 20 years ago), so I'm truly unsure if my practically constant lower back pain is associated with NBE/HRT or not. I do have a massive ghetto booty, that I attribute to the pelvic tilt and HRT, but I've always had an "ass".
My weight got as high as 300 lbs during the pandemic, but when we started the keto diet I quickly lost 40 lbs. Even though we've been on a strict diet for the last 4.5 years, I stayed at 260 lbs for the longest time.
A few months ago I started dropping weight again and then starting doing OMAD and lost another 25 lbs. I seemed to have plateaued again for several weeks, and eating only once a day and a few 48 hour fasts thrown in started to get old. I do hope my gradual success continues, but I guess it's a slow process.
I appreciate your kind words about inspiration. I've diligently followed the advice of Lotus from the very beginning. Lara is an obvious inspiration, too. How can we all not have success if you study the science that Lotus presents!

I just started my third month of EV and I'm at 52 months of HRT. I took PM/NBE for 4.5 years prior, so I'm at almost nine years into this process. Wow lol!
I definitely should have started HRT a lot more sooner because it's vastly superior to Pueraria Mirifica.
It seems like I've been getting constant growth since starting EV, and the growing pains have been nonstop.

The last couple of weeks I've stayed steady & current with my injection schedule, but this past week I've felt really rough while battling a stubborn sinus infection. I think I've about licked the damn thing.
But I've missed at least three applications of the Topical Protocol by Lotus™ and I was glad to get back on schedule today.
I've had literally nonstop growing pains the last three days, so hopefully they'll be another growth spurt coming on this week.
White shirt photo was from this morning prior to EV/TP. Black shirt photo was about 11 hours later. It's fairly evident here the temperature fluctuations I go through as shown from sleep in a warm bed to being up in cool December house temps haha.
Typically the day after injection is when I've been noticing the growing pains, and recently they've been lasting several days. Honestly, I've pretty much been having them nonstop ever since I started EV in September.
Being on EV these last several months has been a blessing. EV is soooo much more better than E2 tablets or 17b gel. It's light years difference between HRT & NBE/PM. I seriously wish I hadn't have wasted all those years gobbling PM capsules.
I wanted to say hello, but with your busy travel schedule here lately and me feeling like utter dog shit this past week+ I figured we'd catch up at some point.
Thank you for saying hello and I appreciate your comments.
Injections are certainly working their magic with you.
Glad you are getting better now and back on the regimes, injections and topical are the best ever
I've responded really well to injections and my honest favorite part about them is how balanced I feel. I know that feelings are hard to describe, but now I just feel "right".
These two photos are just another demonstration about the changes my breasts are always going through, it seems.
The red tint light contracted photo from the bathroom is just rolling out of bed this morning and the bright light photo from the kitchen shows them more relaxed.
Moving forward I'm going to try to start doing the Topical Cream Protocol by Lotus™ more often than my usual twice a week schedule because it clearly works.
