Thats a very low starting dose.
Every 1ml injected is equivalent to 5mg estradiol.
So ..   .5ml = 2.5mg
And.   .25ml = 1.25mg

At least its weekly. You would however get a better response doing. .1ml every 3.5 days, but keep it to 7 days for your bloodwork, and eat grapefruit ( except for bloot testing week )

In realty, thats less than a 1/4 of a full normally expected dose.

*sigh* I should have known better. My endo is realllllly pissing me off endlessly. He better raise the dose with due time or there's going to be some words. I'm losing my patience with him.

My insurance pulled through and decided to cover the injection!!
The real journey will finally begin, and I can finally, after all these years, bring the inside to the surface. The girl inside can break her chains and be truly free for the first time.

Yeah, I'm scared of injections too, haha. I'm generally ok with giving blood samples, but those make me nervous too. I guess sticking myself with a needle seems worse than someone else doing it. My doc suggested getting B12 injections too, but I have no idea what my hormone doc will prescribe. Maybe I am a pussy.

I was really starting to chicken out with the syringe in my hand, but it helps to imagine something really loud and distracting. Think of a heavy metal band with an airplane crash in the background and OH that was easy lol.

So today I've had my 1st dose of the injection!!!!!!!
