Hello,

Well, my boss, came by like she told me.
I was able to talk about myself, about my condition.
She hadn't seen me for over two months. It is clear that I have changed a lot since the beginning of January.

She told me that the fact that she came to see me was a good sign for me, otherwise it would have been the HRD and that was a bad sign.

As it is new for the company, she must speak about it with her father, for the continuation, but my presence in the company is not compromised. phew.

This is indeed excellent news. Work / home life balance and being able to provide for the needs of ourrselves and others is one of the driving forces in my waiting to take my journey beyond the meds and puberty for me.

We spend a lot of time for work, and without work there is no future.

I have been with the same company for 38 years even though it was bought out in 2006.
It would have hurt me to have to leave her.

The discussion was in the right direction, there may be adaptations, other discussions will surely come.

Reading your post's about the meeting, well it looks good news, what I am sure you appreciate it will be a change for them as well, many more questions will be asked and I am sure that it will turn out in the end.

So being there for 38 years must mean you are very good at your job and to lose a valued member would not happpen, the only concern is the rest of the workforce. 

A question for you. What are the employment laws like in France for transgender females, here in the UK you cannot dismiss a person for wanting to be transgender, if they are the same as ours then you will not have a problem.

Little moment of life.

Last Saturday I went shopping with my ex-wife.
When she saw me, it shocked her, she said.
We were two women shopping.
that day was her birthday and these brothers and sisters called her in the evening and she told them.
But she also told our daughter, since my transformations are more and more obvious.

My ex-wife called me tonight to tell me all of this.
I also have on my side 3 brothers who are not yet aware.

I haven't been able to run for a long time, whether with a bra or not. I haven't tried it with a real running bra, because I don't run.

But I admit that feeling them bouncing down the stairs is pleasing.
