"boofing" aka rectal use of progesterone is quite simple, the capsules are meant to use like that so the capsule dissolves well. Clean butt, some lube and slip it in as far as it nicely goes. That's it. Then some people have made suppositories and use some fancier techniques of insertion, but with normal progesterone capsules it doesn't need much rocket science to do.
