Hi everyone! I've been lurking for a while and decided to officially join. I am inspired by so many of your stories and your willingness to offer advice and help so many. Hopefully you can help me along.
A little about me: I am a genetic 135lbs, 27 year old male that is as flat as an ironing board. I have joined because I want to look as feminine as I feel inside.
Tomorrow I am thinking of buying a 'starter kit' at the drugstore: Red Clover, Fish Oil, Peony Root, Saw Palmetto and Fenugreek. Eventually I will add PM but I want to create a 'base' to start off. Any suggestions would be fully welcomed.
I look forward to getting to know many of you and sharing my journey so others like me can see that it is possible.

I eould echo what Lenneth has said. Just start with PM and and an AA, either SP or Spesrmint. If you are in a hurry to start you could use a bottle of FG from the local store until your PM arrives since the PM will need to be ordered online.

Hello Eloise.
Welcome to the board.
(I'm also 27 years old).

That's a lot of herbs to start out with. I would suggest starting out with pm and maybe one anti-androgen. It's going to take time for your body to become accustomed to NBE herbs and for you to figure out what herbs and at what doses are most effective for you. I think this is a lot easier to resolve when you're using only one or two herbs versus a handful. Plus, it'll likely be more affordable in the long-term.

Thank you all!
I am probably going to start off with the following:
Since I'm waiting for PM to arrive, I'll go with FG, SP and Spearmint.
Recently I have beginning to notice some symptoms of dreaded DHT like hair around my areolas. Needless to say, I want to halt this from going any further. As an anti-antrogen, I think I'll start off with 6 capsules per day of FG (~3600mg per day). With SP and Speramint I was thinking of doses of 4 capsules per day. When PM arrives, I'll drop FG and start at 1500mg PM.

Spearmint isn't readily available in the stores near me and I want to be able to buy it today when I buy my FG and SP. What would be a good substitute for it?

You can mail order spearmint. I get mine from swansonvitamins.com. If you don't want to do that, Saw Palmetto would be a good alternative and should be readily available as many men take it for prostate health. Look for 85% extract versus whole berry. You can take the recommended dose of 320mg daily or quite a bit more if you want. FYI spearmint reduces free testosterone, SP reduces the conversion of testosterone to DHT - at least that's what I've gathered from my personal research.
