Ok people, who's up for a little NBE science?
- Prolactin and progesterone may enhance ductal outgrowth by inducing ERα expression.
- Activation of ER-α causes elongation or horizontal growth of mammary duct cells. Progesterone receptor activation causes side-branching of mammary gland cells. Density, areolar gland development, and gland lactation development are caused by prolactin receptor activation.

Well, what this study found was that it may enhance the outward expression in mammary development when exposed to prolactin and progesterone. Individually everyone is different in their results, prolactin and progesterone will help with shaping the breasts. When you add PM, certain massages and even suction it all should benefit.
The study just reinforces what's been already been realized by
some members.

Yeah! My pituitary went crazy spewing Prolactin.... that's when they found the tumor.... I never got to the milk production stage.... but now that I'm on medication it blocks Prolactin.... and probably inhibits my breast growth somewhat...

Yeah I had asked my doctor about prolactin and he said its not necessary for breast growth and can be dangerous for us to take because of potential tumors or putary glan swelling.

That's interesting, I always thought prolactin was also temporary! Thanks!
Btw, love the new name!
