Drink them with a lot of water. Really. One time poor old Sammie tried to swallow one too quick while driving. Bad idea. I got stuck in my throat and started to dissolve there. Argh! Yeccchhh. I started gagging...my eyes were running...it tasted terrible way back in my throat. I had to pull over next to the highway and try to dry retch it away. Trust me, I was not pretty at that moment. I must have looked like an old drunk...tee hee. Lots of water. Really.
Also,there are recommendations that a protein shake is beneficial as well. I include that as my breakfast along with the morning dose.

The pills aren't big at all. You taking some sort of non-extract SP?

Well, I guess they may seem large compared to most pharmaceutical drugs.

Not big for herb caps though, trust me! lol

I thought the same thing when I started SP yesterday. I have to wait a minute between caps to ensure it went all the way down. Anyways, I wish you the best.

I agree with what the others have said. I've taken calcium supplements that were much larger than the standard capsule and they went down with no problem.

Which ones are huge, the PM or the SP? Ainterol PM, in my opinion is a moderate sized pill. ...Strangely VERY sticky as Sammie alluded to - like they are terrified of my stomach! Often times I need a cracker to push em down all the way. I wouldn't dare try to swallow one without a good helping of liquid. The saw palmetto on the other had is actually quite small unless you bought the whole berry version. The 85% extract pills are less than half the size of a peanut - at least the Up & Up (Target brand) are.
