Todays update... Two weeks without SP and more than a week now without PC. Feeling some change. I think to spearmint tea is a really poor substitute as an AA. I am feeling a distinct lifting of "pink fog". I received my cap form spearmint two days ago and began with that immediately. Now at 800 mg daily on that but feeling no change yet. I find my mind better able to focus at work on work, and far less of a femme sense just now. Related to an increase in T? Or just cyclical? Hard to say. Curious how this will affect tests at the endo next week. It may be imagination but I may even be experiencing some reawakening of libido. Still too early to tell...
On another level...I am more and more determined to find ways to begin getting out of a closeted life. Though I have, as you all know, let my wife in on things, home is still not a good place for dressing, and that is a problem. Being somewhat of a perfectionist, I have no desire to compound the already obvious six three visual with a less than detailed outward presentation. So my new task will be seeking means to take advantage of any opportunity possible to learn and practice. I am starting by setting near term goals of acquiring new makeup and new skills in that area. At the same time I am scouring the local area for other girls to befriend and for any local groups I might get together with.
Sigh...
Dressing alone to please myself was a lot easier...tee hee.

I don't think 800mgs a day of spearmint is nearly enough. I used to take 2400-3000mgs/day.
Then again I really hate the feeling testosterone gives me, and decided I was better off going with pharma stuff if I had to take that many spearmint caps a day lol
A bottle would last a few days. It was crazy.

Yes, Sarah, I am of the same opinion. Guess I will have to see how much I can take. I have gotten to kind of hate the feeling too...
Starting to feel stirrings I have not felt for months...a little unsettling...LOL
Maybe the boi bits might still work.... if I wanted them to.

Ok, I think I am certifiable. I am planning my first outing in March. All my makeup was old and wretched. I needed everything. I was just in Target and they were running a clearance on a particular brand of makeup...everything was like $1 to $3. Don't ask what I spent...
But I think I now have everything....yeah, everything.
Certifiable...totally.
I can't wait to experiment....tee hee

I'm in the same position, Sammie. Foundation, concealer, contouring, eyebrow shaping, eye shadow, lip gloss, on and on.... My brain is going to explode! LOL! I got a set of brushes today and have a bunch of hand-me-down makeup products from DW. My eyes are bleeding from watching Youtube videos on makeup techniques and tips. If all this helps transform this old ravaged face into anything remotely feminine it will be a miracle!

My mom actually asked me if I needed any help with makeup the other night on the phone. I almost cried it was so sweet of her. I said maybe a little bit but what I really need help with is shaping my brows lol....

I don't know that much about it, but it seemed like plucking multiple hairs at the same time using a piece of thread when I looked into it.

From what I can tell, the main advantage seems to be in generating really straight lines and the amount of control.
