Hello everyone, I have returned with good news, well definitely for my family, the tumour has been removed ad does not appear to have metastasised, my wife will need regular checks but looks like she and we are through the worst of it.

That's great news, Holmes. I know what you have been going through. My wife was diagnosed with breast cancer
20 years ago, had a lumpectomy, chemo and radiation, and she is still rocking and rolling. I pray you and your wife will have similar good fortune.

Let me tell you what I'd be doing right now, and every day, if there were the slightest bit of proof that smoking pot grows breasts.... lol!
There is some evidence, however, that it does prevent/cure cancer... to bring it back relevant to the recent activity on this thread.
