Would a short term kink start with Bovine followed by long term PM sound effective? Also I noogle pump, and use breast success as it was the more effective cream to go with the BO. I also take putitary glandular as well. made by swanson. I have been on for a month now and can definitely tell good changes. My body would have a hard time getting to temperatures good for taking BO at first. Now with the program I have been doing I get higher temperatures easier. I would have to eat coconut oil to jump start my metabolism and flaxseed with kelp pills. Now If I miss a dose during the day I am 98.5 pretty consistent and not 96.5-97.9 as in the beginning. As far as breast growth I notice they are more rounder. I have lost 10 lbs but no loss in bust. Even if they maintained the size before the weight loss it hadn't been lost there. I have noticed firmness.I am able to do the body builder bounce to them that I could not before... LOL... As my sides lose weight under arms the seem less cellulite and just a rounder fuller breast. I have seen no significant change in nipples. OTHER than left stays puffy and right seems to always be hard nipples. When areolas expand is that look in form like new rings around the original nipple? I feel like where the hair folicals were there is new darkness in those areas almost like a scab, but nothing like a scab. Its weird. Transitioning factors are hard to determine, but those have been my observations in the month.

Hi Demi, I am fairly new here so do not have the depth of knowledge the others have. Having said that, I was on BO for 3 months without noticing any change at all. I suspect it was more to do with body temperature than just a lack of reaction within my body. I didn't re-order due to the high cost of product coupled with shipping and import tax from USA.

Anyway I'm now just 3 months on PM and can say that this is definitely working for me. Nipples sore nearly all the time and hard lumps behind them suggests it's all happening The measurements and pics do confirm this and I have to temper my impatience as this is a long term process.

With regard to Areola's, some grow really huge ones and some GG's prorate have quite small ones. I am given to understand that it's more down to the female genetics like your Mum for instance, this too applies to breast sizing!

Welcome to the board.

I think both BO and pm pose a risk to functionality and size. I haven't used BO, but my functionality and likely my fertility has declined significantly since being on pm. This process occurred even when I wasn't taking an anti-androgen like spearmint or SP. The way I see, the hormonal levels needed to preserve functionality and initiate breast development counteract each other. High levels of testosterone not only fuel men's virility, it also inhibits breast development.

I'm using PM and a couple of AAs at present and getting good breast growth. To keep my male sexual function for now, I take a 7 day break every month. In between, I have no interest in sex the way I did as a male. Late in my break that desire and function returns, although not as strong as before PM. I'm sure these breaks compromise my breast growth, but not much. I can't imagine making a serious go at growing breasts and remaining completely male downstairs. This is one area where it's hard to "eat your cake and have it, too".

I actually do both, and even alternate them, so in my mind each has its own function. I will say that it will depend on what your dosage is and what else you supplement with it.

The bottom line is what your long term goals are.

but joking aside I am so confused about some things with nbe so everywhere I read it claims eat soy, yet when taking pm they tell you not to drink soy milk? I miss soy milk.
