Confused about breast creams

#1

Hey Mistress, it seems you have the answers or can find them... So Here goes.

If the digestive system has to break some herbs down to create progesterone and estrogen... Then, really, what good is breast creams since they are topical.

When ever I see a "recipe" for making breast cream at home, it usually says not to make contact with nipples. To my way of thinking, that would be the quickest and easiest route for the breast to get it's use. BUT, on the other hand, I have purchased both progesterone and PM cream and have never seen a warning about keeping it off the nipples.

Somewhere, I once read that either progesterone or estrogen cream can "bleach" your nipple and surrounding area's. Is that true.

TIA

I've read that as well but have yet to come across any statistical reports or studies, I can tell you that you'll find more on treating sore nipples than bleaching of them.

If you're concerned about it, then just try a little at a time, watch for changes in color, freckles or tenderness.

Thanks Mistress, but what are your thoughts on how good are breast creams, I mean if they were all equal in efficacy?? In your opinion, do they work? or just a waste of money/time?

Short answer, yes!
Your skin absorbs 60% vs 10% orally, and liquids are absorbed up to 98%

I've only used PC so far and think it's helped me, so of the other creams I can't say.

Ha!, in terms of wasting money, figure this, for every $20.00 you spend on supplements $18.00 ends up in the toilet. Big Grin

that's just downright feaky! and if true it would make a lot of sense to take liquid supplementation etc cause there's a lot less nasty unknown additives in liquid!
