HOLY MOLLY !!!!!!
That PM from ainterol xtreme20 is strong stuff !!
As it comes in an automiser I used 2 sqirts orally .
It has given me a stonking headache
Think I will reduce it to just one squirt only once a day
Also use it for breast massage but goes dry too quickly so use couple drops of water to dampen and massage till dry .
As this stuff is so concentrate I don't wash off my hands , but wet them up and rub rest onto neck / shoulder / body .
Want not waste not :p

2) It becomes my duty to help others where I can , as I was and still am helped and supported .
3) We are on this forum for a common cause = boobies and to that end in same boat .

As for PM !! I overdid firt 2 days used as per instruction on breast masssage and 2 sqirts twice a day . It gave me a stonkin headache lasted 4 days ;(
But now my body has got used to it I use four squirts twice a day for massage and 1 sqirt twice a day to take internally .

Plus I take mixture of my tincture all mixed in equal propotions about 4 tablespoonful twice a dat with 2 teaspoonful FG .

Oh I hate that stinker of a headache, honestly I think that happens quite often. I'd say it's pretty similar to brain freeze like from one too many slushies!

But looks like my body has adjusted very quickly to the dose of PM

Aaawww thanks koko . I recovere without any medication . Used manuka honey / lemon / tumeric / garlic .

As I had run outa all me tinctures used the period to have a break and kidny clense .

But I am back

Maybe try the massage in the shower? Just a thought. It can be really tough finding ways to accomplish some of this stuff when you share your home life with others who do not know or are unsympathetic, I know.

Sammi as I do the afternoons and wife the mornings , she is gone most mornings and she goes to sleep early , so it gives me bit of opportunity most days for a massage .
I am hoping for some growth . We shall see end of April pics
