Spearmint tea .. Any thoughts or comments ?
Has this issue been commented on previously ? I can see the actual study is from 2008, so it is a few years old now.

Spearmint tea and spearmint pills... both have been discussed at length. Many are using one or the other, some neither. It's an anti androgen that, from what I understand, suppresses free testosterone. I take pills - 400mg each, 2 times per day. AbiDrew (highly informed member that no longer post in the male section) recommended 800mg daily as a starting point, I forget what she said for an upper limit. You can read all the info that sold me on it by doing a search for "spearmint" and user name "AbiDrew" Start with the threads dated mid summer 2013.
