Looking to start growing feminine breasts

#1

Hi, I'm turning 28 in July and would like to know where the best place to start my journey would be. I've been combing the internet left and right looking at various products and am curious as to what combinations work best.

One method that jumps out at me is BO. I've read that it aromatizes testosterone into estrogen (which is allegedly permanent and should ONLY be used if I plan to become a woman...which I wouldn't mind tbh). The only brands that I've seen are Transfemme, Bountiful Breast, and Swanson's and I don't know any actual ppl who have used any of these.

I know there are herbals, hormones, and the like that have provided various results for various people. I guess my main questions are: What should I focus on? & What should I stay away from (or be wary of)?

Hi sweetheart and welcome to our little family. I cannot comment on BO as that has never been part of my program, but by far, the best core building block of any herbal HRT program is PM. Some people have had great results with nothing else since PM has both very strong estrogenic properties as well as others benefits such as acting mildly as an AA. Many members will also add other herbs in concert with PM, such as AAs like SP or spearmint, or PC, or aromatase accelerators such as Licorice or White Peony etc etc... But the foundation is usually a healthy dose of PM.
A lot depends on what you hope to accomplish, your age, height to weight ratio and various other factors. There are lots of great people here more than willing to offer answers and suggestions. Moreover, and this should be stressed, these boards contain an enormous amount of compiled information both in the FAQ section and in the pages left behind by current and previous members. Be prepared to read. If you dont find answers on this forum chances are you wont find them anywhere.
Regardless, we are glad you are here. You are among friends. Take your heels off and get comfy. Welcome home honey.

Welcome! Don't over look breast pumping or Noogling.... it great when you can't get your hormones to do what you want them to do because its bio mechanical.... and works on the principle that tissue grows more under negative pressure..... or use it to assist your program... from experience it works!

Unless you are a shapeshifter, I'd suggest going with some more reasonable goals... you know, something that's actually possible. Wink

Growing boobs is absolutely possible, and if you are a self-actualized person, it's downright easy. I have had little success as of yet growing a uterus and ovaries... but who knows? Maybe someday I'll have some interesting news to report... lol.

I have gotten results with a mixed herbal and massage program, using fenugreek, saw palmetto, licorice, wild yam, kudzu, and progesterone -- not all at once, but changed up in different combinations at different times. Basically, it's the "Flat to Fem" program, which a quick googling will turn up.

After reading on this forum, however, I went to straight pueraria mirifica only, and have found it to be much more effective. It is some potent stuff. Be prepared for some side effects like not having as much physical energy, losing some muscle mass, etc., just as you'd expect when you go messing with your hormone balance.

The single most potent grower of breasts, however... is your own mind. Few people realize the power the brain holds over the body. You must first purge from your consciousness any doubt that you can achieve your goal, which of course means that you must be certain that it's what you want.

Good luck! Cool

Taisanna.

Welcome to the forum. Big Grin (I'll be turning 28 next month).

I think pm is a good starting point for NBE. You may also want to add in an anti-androgen.

Whether you go for herbal or hormonal, you'll probably find NBE to entail a bit of self-experimentation. People can share about their experiences, but we'll never know for sure how your body will respond to a particular herb or regime. My recommendation is to adopt a slow, simple and patient approach to NBE. NBE requires a commitment, not only in time and money, but also in learning and adaptation. There's a lot of resources to check out on this board. The NBE FAQ in my signature block is one such source. Another is looking through AbiDrew's NBE plan.

On a final note, I suggest posting pictures on a regular basis on this site. Getting feedback on your progress I think can be a big help for fine-tuning your NBE regime.

I wish you good luck with your journey. Smile

Thank you for your warm welcome, and I have been reading the suggested threads/guides you have brought up. After reading AbiDrew's guide, I have a rough idea of do's and dont's as far as what to go for. I found it interesting that she utilized progynova as I had come across a feminization story on experienceproject.com. I'm also happy she found herself a lover (I think it was a reward for her dedicated work towards her goals) in the process.

I'm still confused on the anti-androgen supplement that would work best. I saw SP come up more often than mothers...bit pills, powder, liquid extracts, gum, etc. just means there are plenty of options. Granted I will probably want to order 3 months worth of things I'll need at a time in order to best gauge results. Aside from PM and an AA, I wonder what else I could utilize as a starter. Granted I could probably add/remove stuff as I progress, but maybe I'll reach my c-cup goal (I don't see myself sexy enough for D's atm) with relative ease Big Grin

As for the whole "permanently aromatizing T into E", that is just based off of what I have read on multiple sites. Having the ability to shapeshift would mean I would probably abuse it to the point where it would be a convenience lol.

Gonna have to check out the flat to fem program, but my main goal are beasts atm with feminization being a bonus ;D

You could try spearmint and/or white peony as natural anti-androgens. There are some excellent threads on the subject with useful information posted Lotus.

After reading Lotus's thread, I now wonder if I should start with anti-androgens first before starting PM or if it is safe to start them both at once. I think I read about Licorice causing more problems if I took that route so I might try SP or Spearmint as an AA in its place.

Well, I did grow up watching Star Trek, cartoons, anime (yes I count that separately), and various movies in the comedy and sci-fi genres lol.

Taisanna,

I don't think an anti-androgen is always a necessity with pm. As others have pointed out in other threads, pm has its own anti-androgen properties. Furthermore, I achieved decent progress without an anti-androgen for about my first 18 months on pm. My main motive for adding an anti-androgen was to taper down my libidio and keeping the mental benefits at a lower dose of pm.

I haven't heard much about licorice being used in a NBE regime. I think it was mentioned in the "flat to fem" book, but I don't think it's discussed extensively on the bio-male forum.
