Been on RC+FG for 1.5 years, switched to PM for the past 4 months and my boobs started budding.
I'm wondering when should I add in progesterone as there are many research shows that we'll need estrogen+progesterone+prolactin to successfully grow boobs.
Some say at the beginning stage we only need estrogen, but what do the "beginning stage" mean? Is it a time frame (eg the first 6 months etc) or tanner stage (eg after tanner stage 2/3)?
Any advice?

I use progesterone cream but i'm torn because I've also read where excess progesterone is converted to testosterone in male bodies.....

I wish I knew the answer to that also. I've been using PM, SP & Spearmint + more recently, estradiol and Propecia. Things were going well until I started a diet to get get rid of my man gut. The man gut is slowly shrinking but so are the breasts dang it! I'd like to try progesterone but, like Karren, I've heard conflicting info about it AND I'm not sure the progesterone cream I found at GNC is any better than hand lotion.

I use PC along with everything else...lol...but, like Kari, mine is nonprescription and so fairly weak I am sure. I have noticed though that when I am using it my nipples are darker and the areola spreads wider.
And, Kari...did I miss something? I knew you had considered it but I didnt realize you had started on E. Good for you! I think it is a good move for you. Are you liking it?

I guess you did. Or perhaps, I never made a public announcement. But, just to be upfront with everyone, I'm getting it without a prescription at the moment. I want to do it right but... I'm just not there yet. Soon though.

Jesse,
For a while my primary purpose for using progesterone cream was to prevent estrogen dominance. Maybe a year or so after taking pm, my motives for using progesterone cream was to fill out my breasts more.
When your breasts are budding and you're not suffering from estrogen dominance, perhaps you can put progesterone on hold for the time being. If your growth starts to stall or you start to feel unwell, it may be worth it to give the progesterone cream a try.
