I am listening to all three of the subliminal ones of different lengths: 33 mins, 9 mins, and 40 mins. I am just trying those out for now because I like that I don't need to concentrate about what the voice is saying. It has been a long time since I tried a subliminal. Maybe I could. Hmm. What are y'all listening to? As far as the volume, I just listen to it so that once in a while, I am aware that there is a voice in the background. I am being careful to take good care of my hearing. What is y'all experience so far?
