I voted the third option. I do regret lost opportunities as a woman, but would I trade away my kids and all the good I have experienced ? No, honestly, I could never nor would I ever do that.

Heck, I'm 3/4 of the way there already...LOL. At my age, there's not much difference between a transwoman and a postmenopausal biological female. Neither of us can bear children, we're both on HRT, our youthful beauty has long since faded, neither of us is much interested in sex.....

Okay, then, if I could switch back & forth at will, I'd go for three. But, I'm pretty sure I'd stay fem nearly all the time.

I'd gladly take option 1 b/c I would feel more like myself and I would get to experience the pains that gg's suffer through just for being themselves.

What a hard question to answer! I finally picked #3. If I picked #1 I'd miss any chance for the transition, which means so much to me. Maybe it would be like finding suddenly that you are a brilliant scientist or an accomplished musician, but not being able to remember discovering anything or playing a single note. Hmmm, if it is #1 or nothing, I'll take #1. I don't suppose the same offer will come along again!

I chose option 3. Someone mentioned Freaky Friday, and switching for the weekend would be a wonderful option if you ask me at this point as I'm not sure how far I want to go with this journey...


I do have to add though I find myself wondering mostly what i would look like. Viewing some of the before and after transformations certainly makes me wonder if I'd truly pass as a female. Some of the ones I've seen on youtube and other forums are simply amazing!

Scotti, don't worry about passing. My TG support group is made up mostly of girls that aren't fooling anyone, including myself. It doesn't seem to bother long timers at all. It's we newbies that get all hung up on fooling the world. That's not to say that trying to look your best dressed is wrong. Far from it, but there's too much that you'll miss if that becomes so important that you never venture out. It's a lot easier than I ever thought it would be, and, frankly, if I'm read as a man in drag (I hate that word), so what? Damn, I can't believe I wrote that! See? This is what happens!

A simulated Option 3 is available to me every morning right now, and to you, too.
