The tablets say best taken with milk and cut down on caffine. Has anyone just taken the powder only out of the tablets and put in drink only?

If you're like me you buy PM in bulk, for the savings.
Yes, there is a minor amount of residue left behind, just add a little more liquid, stir and drink, you'll get most of the residue, Also, PM powder mixes better in warm liquids rather than cold ones.

At the risk of repeating myself, I regard yogurt as an ideal medium fot taking up the powder, which it does very well besides adding calcium.
