The tablets say best taken with milk and cut down on caffine. Has anyone just taken the powder only out of the tablets and put in drink only?

I do recall it being mentioned that the powder does not dissolve, it'll leave some residue in the glass.

Any reason why you would want to do this?

If you're like me you buy PM in bulk, for the savings.

Yes, there is a minor amount of residue left behind, just add a little more liquid, stir and drink, you'll get most of the residue, Also, PM powder mixes better in warm liquids rather than cold ones.

At the risk of repeating myself, I regard yogurt as an ideal medium fot taking up the powder, which it does very well besides adding calcium.

Hi everyone,
When I first started taking PM I used to empty the contents of the capsules into a clean glass then add just a few drops of milk then mix it into a paste. Once nice and smooth (less than 30 seconds) I would add some more milk to make it a drink.
This way leaves no residue but I do accept that Bigdave is right, warm milk is best.

Love
