So far my NBE program has just been massage and pumping. I've been holding off on herbs all these months because I haven't had a good hormone test done. I take 100mg of Spironolactone daily for acne and was wondering if I need to stop it for a while before getting a hormone test.

Spironolactone is lowering your testosterone level, it can also alter your progesterone and estradiol levels, so yes it does have an influence on your hormones and you should not take it before you make a hormone test.
